Sole Governing Authority after Adi Da's Mahasamadhi?

There are devotees who live and serve on Adi Da Samrajashram (Naitauba Island) and in Adidam leadership positions, who believe it was Beloved Adi Da’s Intent, that Quandra Sukhapur be the sole Governing Authority, after His Mahasamadhi.

 One of these devotees, relatively recently, communicated to me (Nick) that he and another devotee had conversations directly with Beloved Adi Da in which He Gave Instructions to them, that He Wanted Quandra Sukhapur to be the sole governing authority after His Mahasamadhi.

This, to me and to many other devotees, does not make sense in the face of everything which Adi Da put into writing and spoke about, in detail and repeatedly, over many years, in regards to what should be done after His Mahasamadhi.
