The Egoic Dissonance Joke That Is Not So Funny

A couple of years ago, Nick and I received an invitation to an online Adidam event from the Australian Adidam Mission. We did respond and participate. There were two presenters hosting the event who we know and they know us because of shared history as devotees in Australia since 1992.
Nick and I were two of three devotees who participated in the online event. The third person dropped out about half way through the event.
It is not necessary to say anything more than how embarrassed and sad these Mission hosts felt this day. Nick and I felt heartbroken and sad too.
More than 50 years! Yes, more than 50 years! since Beloved Adi Da's Work began and the Australian Mission shows this sign. Needless to say this event was excruciatingly painful to feel in its lack of signs of effective effulgence shown via our collective responsibility for right institutional management, leadership, mission service, cultural maturity, governing authority and conducting of a priestly sacred occasion.
This is what moves me to call out "garbage"! Can you see and feel and hear it? Re-cognize it?
Again, we (Nick and I) now receive another like invitation (see below). Well intended? Maybe, maybe not.
"But it is not so funny is it?"
I should not need to say more about the obvious tragic nature regarding the lack of SIGNS being "formally" demonstrated? As in signs manifesting in-form, via recognition responsive relationship with action agreed upon, tested and proven.
Adi Da indicated the principle way SIGNS would show themselves would be through:
*growth
*results
*numbers
*real sacred gifts (prepared availability) he could work with
*serious and profound True and Real students, devotees, advanced practitioners of any congregation or support
Today there are very few of these profoundly obvious SIGNS. The words Adi Da often used to describe our efforts that lacked the SIGNS were cultic, piddling and poor, phony and amateur. Was he being mean in saying so? No he was being necessarily honest. He had to be. He was no ones fool.
Nick and I (like all of us) are implicated in the historical and applicable present time criticism of the lack of SIGNS. We (like all of us) have flaws and make mistakes. Where is the sign of all serious devotees with a profound impulse and the entire gathering of devotees (all devotees included) acknowledging and correcting mistakes and flaws.
That Nick and I are being again invited in this manner to "participate" is egregiously repetitive. An insensitive mechanistic motion..…
It is likely in the service we do, thousands are brought into Bright Room.
30,000+ thus far, in the last several months, via the New Thinking Allowed platform alone.
Possibly more via intimate human networking (prior unity field) and definitively more via Beezone and other platforms.
Will these numbers of listeners and viewers become "necessarily formal" responsive via the manner in which the present time demonstration of "formal Adidam" conducts itself?
In response, Nick and I are consistently shunned and disrespected by leaders within Adidam and by many Adi Da devotees. Why, instead, are we (and many other impulsed responsive beings) not made use of to "embellish" and support the incarnation of Adidam?
This lack of embrace of all those who respond to Adi Da in itself shows SIGNS of ineffective prior unity networking that will always undermine ANY and EVERY legitimately, positively intended and organized effort. Any mature human, yogi, saint or sage would understand the why of this type of failing and be able to correct the action in relationship.
I have written enough about the "why of it". The dissonance is still active in relationship between those who have responded (in any way) to Adi Da. This collective (of those who have responded) refuses to make the changes required to righten the obvious dissonance.
The hierarchical authority structure is corrupt, false, humanly immature and lacks authenticity and accountability. Thousands know this to be so; some with compassionate radical intelligence understanding and others not. This is in part why there is only a small number of "formally acknowledged" participants.
I am consistently being told, since Adi Da's MahaSamadhi, by many many "formally approved" devotees that the exposure I make and my voice is necessary and well appreciated regarding these significant flaws. Its absurd that these mechanized letters of invite and appreciation still come our way.
Am I supposed to feel honored, grateful and respectful of absurd actions and thus "yield into and accept" these gestures amidst the obviousness of such abusive praise coupled with disregard and refusal to correct the corruption? Is there a real person on the other end of this perpetual motion of invite?
This "joke is on us" all, collectively ! Lesson learned? Does not appear so. Not so funny is it?
Only until the obviousness of this profoundly essential Lesson is REALLY gotten in LIFE, will we see Obvious Bright SIGNS of radical root devotion. We are yet to see the real beginners process that provides a basic foundation for Awakening growth (and potential evolutionary changes) in Reality Truth Satsang as a Sangha.
No first 6 stages of life enactment, unconsciously fraught with the obscurity of perpetual myth making, can justify our collective refusal to engage the radical rightening change of action required. Only the transformative turnabout at the Heart Root will suffice.
This rightening must begin at the Brightness, on the Island.
Remember that just because we can experientially feel or know about Adi Da's Blessings and Transmission, this DOES NOT equate to Real and True student or devotee or true renunciate Reality Process and practice! No matter how ecstatic! Did not Adi Da sufficiently directly and personally reflect this to all of us who know of Him and respond to Him?
If Adi Da was physically here alive today, I can guarantee you HE WOULD NOT BE ATTENDING THIS MUMMERY ENACTMENT CEREMONY.
Not so funny is it?
