Adi Da communicated to me in the early 80's when we were on Nukabati Island, Fiji. This was a time before the Island of Naitauba was given as a gift to Adi Da to be his Hermitage. He said to me that it is only when the 7th Way fully begins (capability/responsibility, recognition responsively exercised as the  conscious process/conductivity) beyond all the limits of ego active identification within the first 6 stages of life, that these limiting patterns are fully purified, released and outshined.

Every developmental process of any kind that precedes this Awakened (by Listening, Hearing and Seeing and Perfect Knowledge practice) responsibility is preparatory.

He made this abundantly clear and He asked, before he passed on, that True Adidam was never to be defined nor guided or governed by a student beginners culture. 

Adi Da 1971: "Only when I fully understood that it was my own, our own error that created separation and search I entered into the continuous enjoyment of real consciousness.  Therefore, I teach no path but only the Heart itself.  It is the Heart we have abandoned, and by noticing the action of this abandonment we confront and enjoy only the Heart itself as our own nature."
